Returns and Refund Policy
30 days return
Our return and refund policy is 30 days. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, we are sorry but we are unable to process an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must be accompanied by the original packaging, receipt, proof of purchase, and any gifts (if applicable).
Items that are not eligible for return:
Items that are not eligible for return include: gift cards, promotional items, and free gifts.
Items that have been purchased more than 30 days ago.
Any item that is no longer in its original condition, damaged, or missing through no fault of ours.
Return process
If you would like to return an item, please email us at [email protected] to request a refund. We will provide you with specific instructions on where to return the item.
The customer is responsible for labeling the return and sending the product to one of the USPS stores. All shipping and handling costs for returned products will be the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise stated.
We will only replace merchandise if the product is defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for a similar product, please email us first at [email protected].
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that the item has been received. We will also notify you whether the refund has been approved or denied.
If the refund is approved, the amount will be processed and automatically refunded to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
About late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund, please check your bank account. Sometimes it takes some time before we notify you of a refund.

Changing and cancelling orders
We understand that sometimes situations can change. Therefore, we allow you to change or cancel your order within 24 hours. Simply contact us and if your order has not been processed, we will be happy to accommodate your request without any difficulty.
