Order Processing and Delivery

Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from one of our regional fulfillment centers. However, orders placed on Sunday will most likely be processed the following Monday.

Shipping Time: Once your order is processed, please allow 7-15 days for shipping and delivery. Please note that shipping times may vary based on your location and any unforeseen circumstances such as customs delays or severe weather conditions. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to get your order to you.

Order Cut-Off Time: Order Cut-Off Time is 5:00 pm (EST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Standard shipping is $6.99 for all orders.

Order Confirmation

After you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details.

You will receive another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Track Your Order

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message, containing your tracking ID and a link to track your package’s journey. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. If you are unsure of your tracking ID, please check our shipping confirmation email.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We do our best to expedite processing and delivery times, so there is only a small window of time to correct an incorrect shipping address. Please contact us immediately at [email protected] if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address. No refunds will be issued in this case unless the package is returned to us safely in its original condition.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Ubaldo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered to your address and you have not received it, please report it to the appropriate carrier using the information provided to you on our tracking page.
