Order Cut-Off Time: Order cut-off time is 6:00 PM (EST). Orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.

Order Processing Time: Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days at one of our fulfillment centers. Please note that orders placed on Sundays will typically be processed the following Monday.

Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed, please allow 7-15 days for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and may be affected by factors such as customs delays or adverse weather conditions. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to deliver your order on time.

Order Confirmation

After you complete your order, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed information about your order. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email with tracking information.

You will receive a confirmation email and/or text message with a tracking ID and a link to track your package. To track your package, you can visit our tracking page. If you are unsure of your tracking ID, please check the delivery confirmation email we sent.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address has been entered correctly. We make every effort to minimize processing and delivery times, so there is a limited window to correct the shipping address. No refunds will be issued unless the package is returned to us safely in its original condition.

Lost/Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered and you have not received it, please report it to the appropriate carrier using the information on our tracking page.
